During the pre-launch period, the strategic task of our team was to open the school and establish its positioning in the market as a unique educational space that develops the students of the new generation on all fronts. However, after the opening, the main focus shifted to ensuring the smooth operation of the institution, the safety of children and staff, nutrition, financial stability, market communication, while simultaneously strategically planning development within the concept of 'Smarter! Stronger! Brighter!'
At present, two educational institutions are successfully operating under the NGS and NGS High School brands. Active construction of a new school is underway in the capital region, aimed at effectively meeting the educational needs of this area. This strategically important project is designed to contribute to the expansion of the capital's education system and increase access to high-quality education for the local population.
The management company NG Solutions will continue working on more ambitious goals and projects in various fields. We have confirmed that our unique management model, involving project management in the field of education, is successful. This is reflected in the happy faces of children, the pride of parents, and our performance metrics. Equally important is receiving feedback from colleagues in the private education market.
We are inspired by the growing understanding of the importance of corporate management and sustainable development in industries where such approaches were previously less applied. Following our mission – the development of the country's new generation – and adhering to the values of openness and transparency, we are eager to share our observations, experience, and expertise with industry colleagues. We are also pleased with the transformation of existing private education market players and the emergence of new ones, based on our synergy model: experienced teachers who love their work + managers from blue-chip companies in the domestic economy.
