Motivational Program
'Talim NGS'
At the New Generation School, there is an unprecedented employee development and motivation program called "TALIM NGS."
The program is aimed at supporting the progress of the teaching staff and specialists of the school in order to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of the educational programs being implemented. The term "TALIM" in Kazakh translates as example, lesson, admonition. This definition reflects the main goal of the program and unites us into one big team.
The key components of the "TALIM NGS" program are professional development and the formation of a cohesive team. Professional development will encompass all school staff, including its teaching faculty. The motivation system is carefully designed and is simultaneously clear to each team member, as it takes into account the interests and needs of all parties involved. To implement this, a structured motivation program was created, after which participants should have a clear understanding of their functional responsibilities, be able to focus on performance, demonstrate personal initiative in self-development, and take responsibility for their work discipline.
This is an academy of the new generation, aimed at promoting the development of the teaching community of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The NGAcademy project is one of the areas of activity of the management company NGSolutions, alongside the New Generation School (NGS).
