Information about the number of students was obtained from official sources - from the departments of education of Nur-Sultan and Almaty. Data on the cost of education-from the schools themselves. When calculating the income of educational institutions, such nuances as a one-time entrance fee, the cost of transportation, forms, classes in clubs and sections, as well as other variables were not considered.

The UNT results for 2018 were provided by educational institutions, while the average UNT score was not considered when ranking.
